Point Of Demarcation and Responsibility: Our radio access point.

We are responsible for keeping our access point going.

You are responsible for all service and expenses relating to your end of the radio connection. This means if a loss of connectivity occurs and our end of the connection is up and running, you will be financially responsible for any repairs needed to get your end up and going.

Installation Addendum

These prices are based upon an average (3 hour) installation time.

Included in the price:

We furnish you with one of our Internet radios and a standard roof mount. We attach it to your home and connect it to your computer for you and ensure that you have a good connection to our system.

In certain circumstances, your computer may need to be re-configured to connect to our radio. It may need to have a network card installed or have Windows repaired. These are billable as extra charges apart from the installation.

In certain cases you may have to purchase extra equipment to connect multiple computers to our radio.

Extra items are not part of the regular installation and will be billed to you separately.

Excess installation hours above three hours will be billed at a special discounted rate of $50.00 per hour.

After installing your new radio and before we leave your site, we will give you a brief class on how to reboot your radio and check to see if you are successfully connected to our system. You may also call us after the installation and we will provide you with necessary tech support and service to get and keep you on-line.

If we come to your location and find that our equipment and our portion of the connection is working and the problem with the connection lies within your equipment then there will be a charge for the service call.

Business 101: In-home wireless connections between your notebook or your computer and an in-home wireless access point or router connected to our equipment are your financial responsibility.

We will be happy to come on-site and configure, setup or troubleshoot in-home problems for you but there will be a charge for doing do.

Our minimum service charge is $50.00.

Because we can check and monitor your radio connection from the Internet. Many times we can troubleshoot or get you back on-line without having to incur service charges at your home.
